A submitted manuscript can be withdrawn at any stage of the review and publication process. However, the Journal frowns at the withdrawal of manuscripts after submission, particularly for the reason that the said manuscript is being accepted or has been accepted for publication by another journal.

To withdraw a manuscript, a request letter must be submitted to the editorial board, stating the reason(s) for withdrawal. The request letter must be endorsed by all authors/coauthors.
